Please understand that the following policies have been implemented to ensure that each client is able to receive the full experience that they deserve.

Arrival

On time arrival is essential in order to provide each client with a remarkable experience. Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. If my door is open or my “Welcome” sign is up come on in! If my “In Session” sign is up please wait patiently in the reception area while the appointment before yours concludes.

Late Policy

If you are running late please contact Aurelia as soon as possible. If you are running more than 10 minutes behind and your appointment cannot be modified in correlation with the time remaining then your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance, appointments cancelled short of the 24 hour window will be considered a no show. If you no show for an appointment, all future appointments will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

Payment Policy

All Full Set Lash Extension services require payment in full at the time of the appointment and before the beginning of the session. We gladly accept CASH, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX, DISCOVER and APPLE PAY.
